Job Duties and Responsibilities: * You will be part of a team to provide facilities management services in the client\'s premise. This includes preventative maintenance, pest control, horticulture, security & carpark management, etc through our appointed term.
You will attend to, investigate, check, and analyse reported breakdowns & faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences.
You will supervise contractors to carry out maintenance works and to ensure the upkeep of the client\'s premise in accordance to stipulated requirements.
Any ad-hoc duties assigned by your supervisor.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Facilities Management, M&E, Building Services, or relevant field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
Must be FSM certified.
Knowledge of hard and soft facilities management is a must, additional advantage if have security management and car park management experience.
