Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage warehouse facilities including its power and water utilities, its material handling equipment (conveyor, dumb elevator, trolley etc), compressed air system, air condition and ventilation system, racking system, electrical power system and its standby generator, fire suppression and detection system, IDAS and the likes
• Ensure that the approved standard operating procedures are being followed and maintenance programs are being executed properly
• In-charge of asset Tracking and maintaining facilities in good working conditions
• Ensure timely reporting related to Go Green
• Responsible for the technical reviews, selection and implementation of all facilities assets and activities
• Ensure on time repairs and execution of maintenance base on the Facility maintenance program
• Check the Facility/ equipment availability and allocations base on the needs of warehouse operations versus target output
• Daily walk through for the facility current status and check for non-standards and for improvement
• Warehouse site inspections

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Licensed Engineer (Electrical, Civil, Mechanical)
• With at least 3 years work experience in the same field
• Highly Analytic and can communicate effectively
• Safety Trainings certification is an advantage
• Willing to work in San Fernando, Pampanga
