Job Description
:
- Supervise all term contractors (housekeeping, pest control, landscape, refuse removal) and ensure that they deliver the contractual level of service standard.
- Office equipment, supplies, facilities and vendor management.
- Provide Technical advice and manage facilities-related maintenance and repair works.
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers
- To enforce and monitor various work programs to maintain smooth and efficient operations and ensure that SOPs are adhered to.
- Attending to any enquiries and escalate to superior when necessary
- To liaise with supplier, contractor or facilities dept for setting up office, staff workstation, installation of office equipment, office facilities, furniture and fixture.
- To coordinate cleaning schedule, replenish toiletries and cleaning items and pantry stuff.
- Responsible for routine service and maintenance for company vehicle and other warehouse equipment.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess good organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and fast pace environment.
- Min NITEC or related discipline.
- At least 1 year related working experience required.
- Class 3 Driving license will be advantageous
- Fresh graduates with relevant knowledge in their course of study are welcome to apply.
