Job Scope:
Perform routine maintenance and repair of building facilities and equipment (e.g., electrical, plumbing, HVAC). Assist in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues. Conduct regular inspections to ensure systems are functioning safely and efficiently. Respond to service requests and attend to breakdowns promptly. Support external vendors during servicing or installation works. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work. Monitor and report equipment usage, wear, and inventory. Ensure all tasks comply with safety regulations and company standards.
Job Requirement:
Min. Nitec in Facilities Management or equivalent Possess related working experience in facilities property management
