Facilities Supervisor ( Marine/Shipyard ) : Yard Mechanical Facilities Preventive Maintenance - Overhead & Gantry Crane/ Mobile Vehicle \xe2\x80\x93 Forklift, Transporter, and lorry: \xc2\xb7 In charge of workshop machinery, CNC plate cutting, Robotic machine and crane preventive maintenance \xc2\xb7 Lead a team of mechanic workforce for preventive maintenance and prepare for material and tool \xc2\xb7 Liaise with vendor on yearly maintenance contract if needed. \xc2\xb7 In charge of setup or relocation of overhead crane for new yard Yard Mechanical Facilities Preventive Maintenance -Compressor/Chiller: \xc2\xb7 Liaise with Vendor on preventive maintenance for Compressor/Chiller/Crane/CNC machine \xc2\xb7 Upgrade the system according to NEA efficiency Requirement (exp : MEES for Water Cool Chiller 2028) \xc2\xb7 Monitor energy efficiency of Chiller/Compressor (kwh/RT, Kwh/CMH) in monthly basic \xc2\xb7 Provide related data to Yearly Sustainability Report Capex and Department Budget: \xc2\xb7 Prepare yearly department budget and capex \xc2\xb7 Monitor department budget in monthly basic and submit to department for review Training and Department Development: \xc2\xb7 Develop training material and assessment method for competence mechanic Job Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent \xc2\xb7 Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 of maintenance working experience in marine shipyard industry \xc2\xb7 Hands on experience in welding machine and CNC plate cutting machine troubleshooting works \xc2\xb7 Posses good communication skills and be able to relate different levels of people \xc2\xb7 Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behavior \xc2\xb7 Good in using Microsoft Office **** Client NO MORE QUOTA **** Note : Working Location \xe2\x80\x93 WEST, Transport provide, 5 days OTHER INFORMATION Please email your resume in rtf / doc format (Pls provide Current, Expected Salary, Notice Period, Reason for Leaving) THANK YOU Lynn BGToh ( 96784263 ) I Plus Q Human Resources Pte Ltd License No : 97C4989 Registration No : R1101652 Job Type: Permanent Supplemental pay types:
