We are looking for you,

Facilities Supervisor

to our Maintenance team in the Singapore Tuas Refinery.

You will focus on Facilities management. In this job you will work closely with Maintenance Manager.

In our team, you will ensure all site buildings, infrastructures, roads, grounds, landscape, and site supporting facilities such as fire protection & security systems, building automation systems are maintained and upkeep effectively / efficiently with relevant maintenance and inspection programs. Responsible and accountable for managing support services such as canteen operations, scaffolding, cleaning / janitorial, landscaping, pest control, HVAC / lift / fire protection / CCTV / radio (walkie-talkie) / security systems services and other related facility support services. Your role in our team

  • Prioritise, plan and coordinate all required sites (Main, West and South) permanent and temporary facilities and infrastructures needs, additions, alterations or renovations, ensuring safe and optimised layouts and meeting all regulatory requirements. Keep to a good site layout and traffic (both pedestrians and vehicular) flows.
  • Directly supervise and sustain safe, quality and effective executions of all facility management activities (planned, unplanned, mandatory / statutory, routine or ad-hoc), ensure compliance to relevant requirements, rules, regulations, specifications, codes and standards.
  • Liaison with relevant authority for all civil, building, structural, infrastructure, roads and grounds matters (e.g. BCA, NEA, LTA, JTC, etc.) with support from professional engineers (PE) or qualified persons (QP) where necessary.
  • Designated building and structural technical support resources for the site and also any leased off-site facilities when necessary.To be consulted for facilities management in innovation and commercial offices if need be.
  • Review performance measures and pertinent maintenance information in CMMS for trending, frequencies, etc. to highlight issues for performance and breakdown analysis. Troubleshooting of all facilities related issues analyse and recommend actions.
  • Lead in developing ideas and suggestions into executable plans to improve building facility asset integrity, efficiency & productivity.
Keys to success in this role
  • Minimum 10 years\' experience in facilities, canteen, infrastructures, real estate & building maintenance in supervisory/managerial role, up-to-date with current industry best practices in safety, maintenance and engineering.
  • Troubleshooting, defects and rectification skills
  • SAP material / inventory management
  • Project management skills
  • Change management continuous improvement skills
