Industry/ Organization Type: Construction/ Energy Position Title: Facilities Technician/ Building Technician Working Location: Sengkang Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm/ Saturday 8.30am-12.30pm) Salary Package: Basic + AWS + 14 days AL + Performance Bonus Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Carry out all preventive and corrective maintenance in the building. Responsible for general building works. Respond to all complaints promptly including part replacement Attend weekly and monthly preventive maintenance. Ensure all building facilities and equipment are regularly maintained. Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by supervisor. APPLY NOW!!
