• Min 5 years' experience in electronics or semiconductor manufacturing factory in facilities maintenance.

Job duties:

• Maintenance and troubleshooting of aircon, cooling tower, chiller, air compressor, blower, gas & liquid piping system & etc
• Operation of computerised facilities monitoring system.
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance to minimize equipment breakdown.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with equipment maintenance schedules.
• Maintain detailed maintenance records, reports, and documentation.
