Job Description

Responsibilities:
Lead safety Team for the project.
Site implementation of EHS systems.
Conducts safety meetings, audits, and inspections to ensure compliance, evaluate performance, identify corrective
Establish and maintain effective EHS management systems for project execution, client EHS specifications and company\'s HSSE requirements.
Plans, implements, and conducts preventative care, safety, and compliance training programs.
Plans, implements, manages, and maintains comprehensive environmental safety & health programs on premises or at project
Work with the assistance of your safety team of WSH coordinators and supervisors at the project site.
Conducts risk assessments at project site and recommended measures to minimize and eliminate possible risk to any person
Work closely with different Section Heads to implement and maintain a high level if safety at the sites
Establish a strong safety culture within the company to collectively achieve the project safety, health targets


Requirements:
Min Diploma / Degree in Engineering or its equivalent
Registered as a WSHO is an advantage
Excellent people management skills and good interpersonal skills
