Job Description

- Position Title: Facilities Technician
- Working Location: Changi
- Working Hours: Rotational Shift (2 days, 2 nights, 2 off day, 8am-8pm/8pm-8am)
- Salary Package: Basic $3,200 + OT Pay + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and servicing on electrical, air conditioning, mechanical, and building systems.
- Conduct preventive, breakdown, and corrective maintenance on M&E works, air conditioning, or building systems.
- Maintain facilities or buildings by troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Address defects and customer complaints promptly, responding quickly to fault reports, client requests, or breakdowns.
- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on building facilities or systems to ensure smooth operation; report any issues to the supervisor.
- Conduct preventive checks and troubleshoot M&E systems.
- Record or inform the supervisor of any faults or issues during routine checks.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
- At least 2 years of experience in a facilities maintenance or engineering company.
- Minimum NTC, ITE, NITEC, Higher NITEC, or vocational certificate in Mechanical, Air-Con, Electrical, Building, Facility Management, or maintenance
