Job Description
ob descriptions:
- Maintain the facilities with routine checks on electrical, air-conditioning
- Contact and work with contractors for routine servicing and emergency repair
- Supervise vendors during renovation in order to ensure a smooth transition to
- Maintain good housekeeping in AHU and switch room to maintain cleanliness
- Work with contractors and vendors to carry out schedules and supervise work
- Must be able to hands on to carry out repair for sanitary and plumbing works,
- Must be able to carry out simple fault finding for telephone lines.
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
- Minimum NTC education in Facilities / Electrical / Mechanical / Building
- Certificate in Building Maintenance/Building Inspection will be of an added
- Good problem solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Be able to work under pressure and multi-tasks
- Must be willing to travel to other locations for repair work
- Health insurance
