Job Description
Job duties:
- Providing maintenance, installation, and renovations for facilities and ensuring safety
- Conducting activities of daily facility management such as safe and efficient functioning, maintenance, servicing and operation of facility/equipment/machinery and systems
- Implementing necessary mitigation measures, risk assessments, facility/equipment inspections, and facility/equipment system data collection/analysis
- Carrying out maintenance policies like preventive maintenance programme of the facility and its systems and facility-embedded equipment such as autoclaves, fire suppression system, steam generator, pest control, security services/systems, Building Management System (BMS), gas cylinders/pipelines, ACMV/HVAC, chillers, UPS, generator
- Dealing with emergency response activities and coordinating with all related stakeholders
- Diploma/Degree in mechanical, electrical, or facilities related course
- 3 to 6 years facility maintenance & machine troubleshooting experience
- Understanding air-conditioning system & compressors and electrical system
