Job Description

• Work Location: Orchard & Pasir Ris
• Work Day: 6 days, 8am - 4pm/3pm-11pm
• Basic salary up to $3000 + Allowances

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Carry out building inspection. Identify building defects
• Carry out maintenance and improvement work
• Manage tenants\' feedback on maintenance works
• Provide technical support and trouble-shooting to Building Systems

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Preferably 2 years of experience in maintenance and operations of M&E equipment and systems especially Central Air-conditioning in shopping centre environment
