1. Troubleshoot and repair equipment with required technical skills and safety first mindset (including food safety).2. Ensure proper permit to work system is exercised during work process.3. As assigned particularly on building services section, perform activities related to overseeing small office renovations, pest management, cleaning management, fire protection system, waste management, ACMV, domestic water system and others4. Support utilities team when needed in handling system such as steam system, hotwater system, compressed air system, chilled water system, electrical system and waste water system5. Actively participate and contribute in TPM continuous improvement.6. Perform predictive and preventive maintenance on equipment.7. Ensure the work processes followed are to full GMP compliance.8. Identify and manage MRO spare parts inventory maintained in stores.9. Ensure proper housekeeping practice is maintained while performing jobs.10. Complete work orders and related documentation such as equipment history, spare parts consumed and balance on hand in stores.11. Field contractor supervision to ensure safety and quality of works done.12. Interpret drawings, technical OEM manuals during work.13. Actively participate in development of work instructions and root cause failure studies.14. Use CMMS to view outstanding/backlog orders and associate workload.15. Other engineering/administrative tasks assigned by engineer and manager.Requirements . Diploma or High Nitec in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation or relevant fields with at least 5 years of working experience. . Safety-first mindset and attitude, self-starter, detailed oriented and is a team player . Proactive and has good contractor management and housekeeping skills . 2nd Grade Boiler Attendant and experience in Utilities are added advantage
