Job Description
$3K + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: East
Responsibilities
- Carry out day to day building, facilitiies, equipment maintenance for nursing home
- Carry out simple mechanical and electrical repair works on building, equipement
- Point of contact for facilities maintenance services at the Lodge
- Liaise and supervise contractors on maintenance and repair
- Conducts regular checks and functionality tests on building services equipment for compliance and serviceability.
- Carries out minor repairs on faulty building services equipment to reinstate affected equipment operation in the shortest possible time.
- Supervises major repair works by contractors on faulty building services equipment to ensure repairs are done to reinstate affected equipment operation in the shortest possible time.
- Performs preventive maintenance works on building services equipment.
Requirements
- NITEC in Facilities Management / Building Services
- 1 year working experience
- Skilled in MS Office
- Excellent communication and people engagement skills
