The Technician will be responsible for:
Skilled in carrying out repairs, simple technical fixes
Able to get hold of vendors to do maintenance work at a moment\xe2\x80\x99s notice
Able to perform any required furniture/equipment moves, additions and changes (MAC).
Require to follow local governmental rules and regulations
Escorting of vendors and ensure the works done is of the required standards
To operate IT software (Corrigo) & Microsoft Skills

The Technician will demonstrate the following competencies:
Ability to meet tight schedules and deliver high quality of work
High level of communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred to be proficient with IT applications
Possess Class 3 Driving License
Prior experience to in Mechanical and Electrical related tasks
Able to work with vendors
