Play a hands-on role in maintenance of ACMV, plumbing & sanitary systems, amenities, fittings and fixtures, wall, ceiling and floor finishing of properties.
Possess experiences manning and monitoring the Building Management System.
Involve in the inspection of contractors\xe2\x80\x99 works, tenants fit out and reinstatement works and assisting in handling of tenants\' requests or feedback.
Generate defect inspection reports
Source for contractors & calling for quotations for works to be carried out.
Schedule preventive maintenance and corrective work orders using the Facilities Management System.
Able to use SAP system for PR/PO generation is an added advantage.
Requirements
Job Requirements
Possess a Higher / NITEC in Facility Technology (Mechanical & Electrical Services), Facility Management or equivalent.
At least 4 years of experiences in building management and Mechanical and Electrical systems.
Possess experience in painting, masonry, carpentry, and ironmongery works will have an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office Applications.
Possess good interpersonal skills, the ability to handle difficult situations and works well in a fast-paced environment.
