To conduct daily site inspection and assessment of the facilities to ensure all building procedures and performance measures are maintained at all times. This shall include daily reading if water and electrical meters.2. To provide onsite meeting rooms, events, seasonal setup support, including but not limited to decoration, poster management3. To perform regular check to all essential equipment and ensure equipment in good operating conditions.4. To conduct monthly joint EHS inspection with site staff to ensure no violation occurs and noncompliance has been rectified accordingly.5. To maintain good inventory of office keys and ensure keys are in good order.6. To perform daily ambient temperature checks and adjust accordingly to site requirement.7. To provide escort of all vendors including delivery, maintenance, corrective and reactive services within premises.8. To perform basic electrical work including, power trip reset, minor rectification or replacement of power switches, light fittings and light tubes9. To perform basic plumbing work such as removal of choked sink, attend to leakages, replacement of kitchen faucet, washroom bidet etc.10. To perform basic fan coil unit (FCU) check and maintenance.11. To ensure premises wall in aesthetically good condition, touch up or rectify when necessary12. To perform M.A.C (Move, Add and Change) of furniture and work-space when required.13. To replace faulty lockset of pedestal, cabinets and cupboards14. To ensure doors are in clean, good working condition and perform basic door polishing, repair work including door hinges, stopper, lockset when needed.15. To ensure premises in neat and good working condition at all times.16. To ensure proper inventory management for supplies and tools.17. To ensure housekeeping performed at all times.18. To attend to fault calls and emergency escalation.18.
