Job Description

Basic Functions:

• Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the facilities and equipment.

Duties:

• Monitor operations daily and oversee systems including fire alarms, lighting, refrigeration, walk in cold room, ACMV, air filtering, plumbing, water purification, RO & DI Water plant, compressed air and electrical systems.
• Ensure operation of equipment is within design capabilities and achieves environmental conditions prescribed by the company SOP.
• Handles day to day feedbacks by users on facilities and equipment, performs assigned repairs, emergency, calibration and preventive maintenance.
• Operate, monitor, calibrate, maintain, and respond to abnormal conditions in critical facility systems, ensure minimum downtime of production.
• Maintain accurate Calibration and PM records.
• Assist with new equipment installation, testing and commissioning.
• Liaise with suppliers on spare parts & maintenance events and submit purchase requisitions.
• Assist in managing inventory levels, housekeeping & spare part management.
• Overseas and inspects the work performed by outside contractors.
• Any other duties that may be assigned by Supervisor.

• Good Electrical background
• Some Building or plumbing experience
• Available to work standby duties and overtime when required
• Good technical knowledge and hands on skills in fire alarms, lighting, refrigeration, walk in cold room, ACMV, air filtering, plumbing, water purification, RO & DI Water plant, compressed air and electrical systems

Ability to : Able to multitasks, complete tasks under pressure and tight deadlines. Knowledge of :

• Knowledge in complex automatic control equipment, including relay logic, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), building management systems, and their integration with the facility infrastructure.
• Experienced in voltage distribution systems and associated switchgear and protection equipment. Understanding of LV power distribution and loading.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Procedures (GMPs)
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 / ISO 9001
• Experience with Health & Safety Risk Assessments and Control Measures.

Education : Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronic Engineering or Higher Nitec in Engineering/Facility Management Experience : 3 years of relevant working experiences in a manufacturing environment. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $2,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month Education:

• Local Polytechnic Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Facilities maintenance: 2 years (Preferred)
