The Opportunity

• Opportunity to work in renown UK MNC within the Education Industry
• Working hours: Monday - Friday, 6.30am - 3pm (Flexible)
• Location: Central (Orchard,Toa Payoh )

Purpose

• To support the work of the premises which are consistent with brand and through offices systems and services which allow all staff to operate effectively

Job Scope

• Logging of Premises & ICT related matters, assignment of tasks and monitoring of pending/outstanding tasks.
• Maintenance of building fittings and office/ AV equipment.
• Attend to requests for requests and repair work of premises & equipment in accordance to standards set in the Service Level Agreement.
• Conduct scheduled checks and maintenance (Sites Visits) for all premises
• Conversion and duplication of audio-visual materials and to be done within agreed dateline
• Ensure that copyright materials have a confirmation from the requester that has the right to duplicate or convert the format.
• Managing the production of security access cards.
• Assist in maintaining fixed asset and inventory records for all equipment in the office and for UK-appointed staff accommodation.
• Ensure that inventory is physically checked and updated by Premises Executive on an annual basis.
• Assist and provide cover for Premises Executive in general administration and logistical arrangement

Requirements

• Possess a Min Nitec / Higher Nitec or Diploma in Facility Technology (Mechanical & Electrical Services), Facility Management or equivalent.
• Must have experience in Facilities Management
• Proficient in MS Office Applications.
• Possess good interpersonal skills, the ability to handle difficult situations and works well in a fast-paced environment
