Responsibilities:

• You will perform facilities hook up, equipment installation and general building repair works
• You will ensure proper operation and maintenance for all related Air Conditioning, Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV), Mechanical & Electrical (M&E), fire protection system, plumbing system, etc
• You will perform routine checks as per checklists and procedures given for equipment including troubleshooting and repair of plant equipment
• You will be required to liaises and co-ordinate with contractors for repair and preventive maintenance of facility-related equipment and also man fire pumps or diesel generator during an emergency or when assigned
• You will be required to render support to the Company Emergency Response Team and ensure all HSE requirements are fulfilled
