Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair office facilities
- Respond to maintenance calls such as repairs, lighting maintenance and painting
- Provide mailroom and storeroom services
- Monitor building renovation, refurbishments and surrounding maintenance
- Work closely and monitor performance of service providers and contractors on building maintenance and services
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Above
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in facilities maintenance/ repairs
