Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth operation, maintenance and repair works which includes (plumbing & sanitary systems, general maintenance / repair of electrical fixtures and fittings)
• Perform day to day operation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and carry out simple repair of mechanical & electrical installations within the shopping mall.
• Attend to tenants\' complaint on M&E services.
• Ensure safety in the workplace through close supervision and implementation of all safety requirements.
• Attend to ad hoc duties which may be assigned to you by the Management.
• Monitor all works performed by term contractors.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail mall/office/hotel with sound technical knowledge of building services (M&E).
• Nitec in Facility Management or relevant courses, preferably in mechanical or electrical services.
• Basic knowledge in MS Office.
• Solid understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
• Effective problem-solving abilities with excellent communication skills.
• Willing to perform 2 rotating shift work including weekends and public holidays
• Knowledge in Building Management System (BMS) control is an added advantage

Additional Details:

• Basic Salary: up-to $2,500 (depending on the experience)
• Fixed Monthly Allowance: Handphone: $20, Laundry: $35, Shift Allowance
• Bonus: AWS + Performance Bonus
• Workplace: Esplanade / Promenade
• Work arrangement: Based on duty roster with rotating shift (morning, afternoon), must be prepared to work on PH. 5 days work week in calendar view.
• Working Hours: Morning (8am to 5.30pm), Afternoon (12.30pm to 10pm)
