• Supervise and manage a team of facility care and maintenance staff.
• Ensure that all facility cleaning and maintenance tasks meet the highest company standards.
• Coordinate schedules and allocate tasks to team members.
• Provide training and mentorship to ensure team members perform at their best.
• Address any facility issues, including maintenance and client concerns, promptly and professionally.
• Report any significant maintenance issues or damages and ensure they are addressed swiftly.
