Responsible in operation and execution facilities management programs in regards to periodic maintenance/improvement works for central offices
Assist Manager on budget preparation, monitoring and control to ensure project completion on time
Involve in contract administration including calling for vendors, negotiation and recommendation of tenders
Work closely with external vendor to ensure the outcome/performance are meet to company standards
Liaising with Managing agent and internal department members to ensure all the maintenance work are being carried out according to plan and standards.
Requirements:
Min Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Facilities Engineering or it\'s equivalent
At least 2 years related working experience
Well versed in facilities management with knowledge of planning, development, and project management.
Good interpersonal skills and work in a team
