Job Description





Responsibilities

  • Responsible in operation and execution facilities management programs in regards to periodic maintenance/improvement works for central offices
  • Assist Manager on budget preparation, monitoring and control to ensure project completion on time
  • Involve in contract administration including calling for vendors, negotiation and recommendation of tenders
  • Work closely with external vendor to ensure the outcome/performance are meet to company standards
  • Liaising with Managing agent and internal department members to ensure all the maintenance work are being carried out according to plan and standards.

Requirements:
  • Min Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Facilities Engineering or it\'s equivalent
  • At least 2 years related working experience
  • Well versed in facilities management with knowledge of planning, development, and project management.
  • Good interpersonal skills and work in a team
