Job Responsibilities:

Oversee the Building Infrastructure Maintenance Regime and repairable in the Workcentre.
Raised purchase request for the purpose of building infra maint.
Manage and track schedule of work completion, housekeeping of records and amount spend for all repairs.
Prepares monthly maintenance report for submission to Authority.
Liaises and escorting of contractors for all the maintenance work.
Coordinate with Admin on all the security clearances for all the sub- contractor.
Needs to be on standby for response to incident after office hours.
Complement the admin team when required.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in facilities engineering
Entry level candidates are welcome to apply
Experience in managing vendors/contractors for installation/ servicing works will be a plus
Experience in building management system, new equipment installation, and facilities upgrading
Based in Paya Lebar Airbase
