Facility Engineer
Job Description
-Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering or any relevant course;
-At least one year work experience in property management;
-Knowledgeable in Building/Facilities Maintenance;
-Knowledgeable in carpentry, masonry, plumbing, electrical and other technical disciplines;
-Supervises all technical or skilled personnel to ensure that all necessary repairs and preventive maintenance are accomplished timely and accurately;
-Estimates materials needed for the repairs in the project sites;
-Willing for FIELD WORK; office assignment is at FAIRVIEW, QUEZON CITY;Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Php18,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per monthSchedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Bachelor's (Required)
- Facility Maintenance/Property Management: 1 year (Required)
