s: 1. Overall manage building maintenance, premises, facilities & safety in manufacturing plant. 2. Manage, supervise & check on the quality of work delivered by staff & contractors for cleaning, security, pest control, maintenance & others in facilities & safety. 3. Ensure maintenance, repair, servicing & installation works are carried out satisfactorily and adequately in accordance with contract agreements, SOP and various permits. 4. Plan, schedule & liaise with the respective head of department for maintenance activities in their department areas to avoid downtime. 5. Liaise with building owner for all related maintenance activities. 6. Evaluate contractor performance competency for project & outsourced activities based on their qualifications, certifications, awards & other relevant professions for management approval. 7. Prepare budget planning for the building, management reports, contracts review & vendor performance evaluation. 8. Conduct regular facility & safety inspection then follow up with closure of observations. 9. Plan & update Facility Maintenance Program & Facility Layout Plan. 10. Work closely with Safety Officer & Fire Safety Manager to ensure the compliance to SCDF & other regulatory regulations. 11. Liaise with all relevant authorities on the building, apply and obtain all necessary licenses and certificates. Manage and maintain proper records, files, correspondence and documents.

Job Requirements: 1. Diploma / Degree in Building Maintenance / Electrical Engineering or equivalent. 2. Minimum 3 years of experience working in facility & safety management. 3. Working knowledge of cGMP is added advantage. 4. Strong written / oral communication skills, negotiations, and multi-tasking skills, proficient with Microsoft Office programs. 5. Positive working attitude.
