The Group holds diverse portfolio of assets across the global market and they are looking for a unique individual to join their growing business. RESPONSIBILITIES : . Plan preventive maintenance for M&E Systems . Liaise with vendors for rectification works and ask for quotations . Identify defects, provide suggestions and outsource contractors. . Oversee all M&E upgrading works and manage tenants feedback. . Compile and trend sustainability related portfolio performance. . Prepare budget and analyse cost and variances monthly report REQUIREMENTS : . Preferably 2 years of mechanical, electrical, construction, building maintenance experiences. . Extensive knowledge in technical services, building maintenance, construction. . Experience in BAS, SAP, Fire Safety is a clear advantage.
