About the role:

The intern will be part of facility management team managing operations / client requirements. The intern will also support sustainability teams in implementing sustainability projects across company\'s facility by leading, providing assistance and insights.

What you will be doing:

  • Conduct site inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance, eventually propose sustainable facility projects (eg. renewable energy, biofuel, IoTs, EV stations, etc)
  • Assist and lead in addition and authorization of premises (sites migration / expansion)
  • Work closely with customers, warehouse operations, contractors, agencies, etc
  • Assist in renewal of authority certifications / licenses / service agreements
  • Analyse energy consumption through building management system and improve Green Mark building performances onsite
  • Preliminary energy audit of Bollore premises
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned
The successful candidate:
  • Pursuing a Bachelor\'s Degree in Facility Management or Engineering related
  • Interest and awareness of sustainability topics and concepts
  • Ability to comprehend M&E, civil drawings
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
  • Responsible team member, ability to work independently
  • Willingness to travel islandwide
  • Willing to do a certain level of hands-on in minor work / troubleshooting
