Job Description

The Facillities & Maintenance Oficer monitors and coordinate the day-to-day maintenance and repair of machineries and associated equipment. To inspect, install, repair and maintain building systems, including mechanical, electrical, safety and waste management.










Job Responsibilities:

• To ensure machines and equipment are up to date for maintenance and servicing.
• Keeping proper records of maintenance and servicing of:
• Batch ovens
• Conveyer lines
• Air compressor
• Equipment used by productions
• Aircon
• Lights

• Daily checks on equipment to ensure there are no defects or immediate rectification before production start.
• To obtain quotations from 3rd party contractor and follow up on repair/maintenance.
• Draft plan on each machine with potential issues, solutions and vendor for spare parts/maintenance.
• Develop work instruction and procedures for operators to carry out accordingly.
• Ensure shopfloor is clean and tidy.
• Work with government agencies when needed and ensure compliance are met .
• Support emergency rectification where necessary

Job Requirements:

• Experience in Facility Management.
• Knowledge in M&E, Diploma / Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Team player to coordinate with production floors.
• Ability to communicate professionally and treat associates with respect.
• Able to response to emergencies or issues that require immediate attention.
• Only Singaporeans.

Additional Details:

• Work Days: 5.5 Work Days (Alternate Saturdays)
• Work Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm / 8.30am - 12.30pm
• Bonus: AWS + VB
