Job Summary:
- Basic up to $5000
- 5.5 Days work Week
- Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm / Sat 8.30am - 12.30pm
- AWS + VB
- Report to the Supply Chain Manager
- Responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensure that facilities are safe and well-functioning.
- Responsible for all the repairs and maintenance of all facilities
- Act as the primary contact for all facility related issues
- Act as project coordinator for all size projects, solicits bids and quotes from vendors
- Monitors contractor performance and works closely with outside vendors and contractors to ensure work completed according to specifications
- In-charge of maintaining building security and responds to building emergencies
- Managing the upkeep of equipment and systems to meet health and safety standards
- At least Diploma or Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or related field, FM, Real Estate or equivalent
- Minimum 5 to 8 years\' experience in real estate, facilities operations management
- Possess hands-on experience in Facilities Management, Project and Maintenance Operations includes ACMV, Mechanical & Electrical and Fire Protection services.
- Candidate who certified in FSM (Fire Safety) has an added advantage.
- BizSAFE Level 2 CERT training / WSQ Respond to Fire Emergency / WSQ Implement Incident Management Processes related certificate.
