Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Leads and supervises technical maintenance team and sub-contractors
- Responsible for overall maintenance upkeep and cleanliness of the manufacturing plants
- Planning and supervision of comprehensive preventive maintenance works to ensure smooth operation and to promptly attend and rectify to all emergencies with minimal inconvenience and disruption.
- Devise proactive measures to improve facilities maintenance standard and efficiency
- Review regularly facilities maintenance policies and practices
- Compiles monthly reports for management review
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services/Estate Management or related discipline
- Technically inclined with minimum 5 years relevant experience and hands-on experience in manufacturing facilities
- Able to work independently & possess good communication skills
- Possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Able to interact with people of all levels
