Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleanliness and service standards from term contractors.
- Collaborate on joint inspections for building defects with the Facilities Officer.
- Prepare inspection reports and rectification plans for defects.
- Monitor building electricity and water usage.
- Support Facilities Manager in tracking project progress and implementing energy-saving initiatives.
- Manage feedback, requests, and operational matters in the manager\'s absence.
- Oversee maintenance contracts and contractor performance, and track equipment schedules.
- Assist in equipment repairs, license renewals, QHSM inspections, and provide support for special events and VIP visits.
- Min ITE in Facilities Management or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 1 years of hands-on experience in building maintenance and minor repair work.
- Flexibility to work on weekends occasionally as needed.
- Ability to respond to urgent cases after office hours and during weekends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a meticulous and problem-solving mindset.
