1 Year Contract Role (Convertible to Permanent Role)
Your Responsibilities: -
Responsible for sustaining, maintaining, and repairing and restoring office facilities including monitoring, administering building renovation, refurbishments, office relocations and surrounding maintenance
Handling office and pantry equipment and conducting daily maintenance, repairing and preparation for emergencies arrangement
Responding to office maintenance calls, including but not limited to painting, minor carpentry repairs, minor maintenance of appliances and lighting maintenance
Provide mail room and stock room services and perform duties to properly store company products
You will need: -
Minimum 2 - 4 years of relevant working experience as facility assistant or building maintenance management
Basic understanding of mechanical & amp, electrical systems, plumbing, sanitary, fire protection systems and building systems
Hands on experience on basic troubleshooting and rectifications on facilities upkeep
