Roles & Responsibilities Your Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Facility Maintenance/ Senior Technician/ Facility Supervisor (Cold room storage) for plan technical, cold room maintenance, forklift maintenance, manage security and housekeeping arrangements. You will always provide responsibility building safety and maintenance requirements. And responsibility contained in the Emergency Response Plan are complied.
What Will You Do

• In charge for plan technical, cold room maintenance, forklift maintenance, manage security and housekeeping arrangements.
• Provide responsibility building safety and maintenance requirements
• Responsibility in the Emergency Response Plan are complied
• To ensure company premises are always secured
• Review and support for Safety and Security Management System
• Any other duties assigned by manager.

What Do We Want

• Min ITE/ Diploma in Facility Management / Building Services / Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2-3 years’ experience in cold room maintenance, forklift maintenance and other relevant experience.
• Must possess a Security Licenses
