Job Summary:

• Up to $3k max + Allowance
• 5 Days work (Monday to Friday)
• 7:50am to 4:55pm
• Tuas (Company transport provided)

Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out building inspection. Identify building defects
• Carry out maintenance and improvement works
• Manage tenants\' feedback on maintenance works
• Provide technical support and trouble-shooting to Building Systems
