Job Description

Oversee and manage the entire factory production operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. Plan and schedule production activities to meet project deadlines and quality requirements. Supervise production staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance. Ensure optimal use of manpower, materials, and machinery to minimize waste and downtime. Coordinate with the engineering, purchasing, and quality control teams to ensure smooth workflow. Implement and maintain production standards, procedures, and safety regulations. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely supply of materials. Identify and resolve production issues or delays promptly. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management review. * Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, cost control, and product quality.
