To perform complex accounting and financial analysis. Prepares reports efficiently and effectively utilizing advanced technical financial knowledge
To implement the relevant controlling tasks fully in accordance with the defined and agreed Vestas Financial Guidelines
To ensure that process controls are executed and applicable compliance requirements are in place
To perform timely monthly closing procedures such as inventory valuation, factory/project performance reports, and analysis, cost of poor quality, slow-moving stock and reclassification of indirect production cost to inventory
Perform standard and ad hoc analytics reports to assess business profitability and factory financial performance that is key in enabling business decisions
To identify, suggest and implement improvements on current tasks and participate in Global optimization
Effectively engage and collaborate with relevant colleagues and business stakeholders, in order to solve operational issues and problems with speed and quality
To act as person-in-charge of a team and supervise the team, if needed
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any Accounting or Finance courses
With certifications (i.e. CPA, CMA, CIA, etc.)
Atleast4 to 6 years of work experience in Controlling & Reporting or any equivalent finance functions
With good methodical and relevant financial analysis skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Experience in using ERP (SAP) systems
Experience in project construction or manufacturing accounting
BPO/Shared Service experience
Flexible in work shifting schedules

With skilled investigative and relevant financial analysis skills
Has an understanding and can interpret financial actuals vs. forecast/budget
Has good agility to learn new and complex processes for migration
Knowledgeable in process documentation, simplification and standardization
Detail-oriented and able to perform in a high-pressure environment
Skilled in communication, stakeholder management, and business partnering
With solid organizational and multitasking skills
Has continuous improvement mindset in terms of process and continuously aspire for professional growth
Proficient in using Microsoft office software
Knowledge of using ERP (SAP) systems
With leadership traits and can supervise other finance professionals
