Job Description

- Position Title: Factory Manager
- Working Location: Senoko
- Working Hours: 5.5 days
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Profit Sharing
- Duration: Permanent Role
- To oversee the Production, Warehouse and Logistics departments.
- Responsible for coordination and control of production processes to maintain yield.
- To oversee the quality of the production and ensure products are delivered on time with minimal material loss.
- To ensure that the quality standards during the production process are adhered to at all times and all work conforms to statutory & safety requirements.
- Address areas of non-compliance as and when appropriate in a professional manner.
- Manage manpower planning and oversee teams of Technical Specialists.
- At least 5-10 years of relevant experience in a food manufacturing plant
- Familiar with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act
- Possess leadership, strong communication and good interpersonal skills
- Familiar with factory automation and manufacturing technology
- Familiar working with manufacturing data to drive productivity improvements
- Working knowledge of MS Office is necessary
