Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Overall in charge for daily operation of the factory
- Planning and organising production schedules
- Oversee day-to-day operation and supervise the production team for Raw Material and Finished Goods planning and fulfilment
- Meeting KPIs (Production, Efficiency, Quality, Defects, etc.)
- Liaise with QA/QC Department
- Resolve internal/ external customer complaints and coordinate with Purchasers on return of goods and other issues
- Liaise with Finance on Suppliers' payment issues
- Maintenance of factory equipment (servicing, calibration, etc.)
- Any other projects & duties assigned by Management
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is preferred
- At least 5 years related and proven experience in operations management
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Able to take stress and meet tight deadlines
- 6 days work (Mondays to Saturdays) 8am to 6pm
- Singaporeans & Spore PRs only
