Job Specifications: Degree in Engineering or Food Technology with at least 10 years of managerial experience in a Food Production Manufacturing Facility (soya products / noodles manufacturing) Continuous improvement experience and project management experience is preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Able to liaise and work with various levels of staff. Be the bridge between the ground staff and the management. Sound knowledge of Government requirements, HACCP & ISO and other relevant F&B certification Possess knowledge of ISO/FSSC22000, Safety & Environmental regulations will be advantage Highly driven and motivated individual Proven track record of management and leadership ability. Know how to manage different groups of employees, motivate and lead them. Excellent planning, organizational and analytical skills Ability to work independently and attentive to details Experience in soybean products will be an added advantage Core Responsibilities: Overall in-charge of factory operations from warehousing, production, quality control, purchasing, maintenance and rice packing Head of R&D for new products and products extension Liaise with OEM manufacturers on Fortune Food products and services and feasibilities of product extension Manage day to day operations of the factory including review approve all business documents such as PO, Invoices, DO, contracts and agreements for direct and indirect purchase of materials and services Monthly meeting review on all factory operations including production efficiency against costs, maintenance and costings, QA/QC/R&D, purchasing, warehouse inventories and FSSC 22000 procedures and instructions being followed and adhered Manage supply chains of raw materials, packaging and machineries for existing and new products Ensure good manufacturing and business practices are in place to meet KPI of individual departments for yearly HR assessment reports To upkeep and maintain the FSSC22000 system which are required by most exporting countries especially to EU and US markets Monthly review of P&L of the factory and other OEM products under Fortune brands to ensure it is within control and propose implementation of cost-effective measures to Top Management Prepare yearly budget for Top Management approval to ensure the business is profitable and within set parameters Act as liaison officer with state authorities like SFA, PUB, HPB and also trade association SMF (Singapore Manufacturing Federation), SFMA (Singapore Food Manufacturer Association) and SBF (Singapore Business Federation) and Enterprise Singapore Lead R&D team for products review and development to ensure existing products are meeting market needs and demand Resolve product quality issues Responsible for staff development, growth and succession planning Additional Information Job Type: Full-time Pay: $5,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month Benefits:
