We are seeking an experienced

Factory/Production Manager

to lead our metal cutting operations. You will oversee daily production, machine maintenance, and factory upkeep to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality output that meets customer delivery targets.

Responsibilities

Plan and manage daily and weekly production schedules with the Operator Supervisor. Ensure cutting processes meet quality and delivery targets. In-charged of

machine repair, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting

of CNC machines. Manage

factory upkeep

, ensuring a clean, organised, and safe working environment that complies with WSH standards. Lead and train supervisor and operators to achieve high productivity and quality performance. Monitor and improve KPIs such as OEE, yield, scrap rate, and on-time delivery.

Drive continuous improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency initiatives

.

Enforce workplace safety, housekeeping, and environmental compliance.

Prepare production and maintenance reports as per AS9100 Quality System. Assist the General Manager in all ac-hoc job.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in

Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering

(or equivalent). Minimum

5 years' experience

in metal cutting / fabrication / precision machining, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial position. Strong technical knowledge of CNC cutting processes. Experience in

machine troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance

. Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Knowledge of

Workplace Safety & Health (WSH)

and

ISO 9001

standards.

Additional Information

Factory-based role (metal cutting environment, not air-conditional), with air-conditioned office room 5 - 5-day work week, may include occasional overtime or weekend maintenance.
