Job Description

What the role is:
This role supports the financial operations team in the processing of invoices, payments, claims, refunds and disbursement of grants.
What you will be working on:

  • Maintenance of financial records and statements relating to payments, claims, refunds and grants o Process invoices, payments, claims, refunds and grants o Perform bank and refund reconciliations o Assist with customer and internal stakeholder queries on areas relating to AP, claims, refunds and grants o Participate in systems implementation o Generation of information and reports from NFS@Gov for business units o Provide fundamental/basic analysis on payments, claims and refunds o Provide covering for payroll processing and accounts receivable work when required
What we are looking for:
  • Any Professional Qualification, but those with accounting/finance qualifications would be considered favourably o Preferably 2 to 3 years of working experience o Self-starter, independent and good problem-solver
