The Opportunity

The Talent

Degree/Diploma with 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in product safety or failure analysis
Knowledge of electronic engineering and devices and ability to diagnose the product and component failures
Knowledge of battery design and safety standards affecting is a plus
Experience with X-ray and CT scan for machine will be added advantage
Experience in hand tools, electronic measurement equipment and thermocouple.

The Job

Deep understanding of the company products and work with cross-functional teams for safety trends
Analyse and identify the raw data and trends to build consensus on the root
Using scientific methods, conduct failure investigations and dis-assembly of products
Manage and track all shipments
Knowledge of shipping and logistics within region.
