About the Role



As a Service Associate - Family Experience (Ambassador), you'll be the face of our family-friendly spaces including buds by Shangri-La, Splash, and other interactive zones. You'll lead play activities, ensure safety and cleanliness, and deliver exceptional guest service that delights both children and adults.



Key Responsibilities



Facilitate engaging, safe, and educational play sessions.



Maintain cleanliness and safety across all kids' play areas.



Assist with guest inquiries, bookings, and reservations.



Support marketing, promotions, and themed events.



Handle POS reports, incident logs, and inventory tracking.



Collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless experiences.



Uphold hygiene, safety, and emergency protocols.

Essential Attributes:

Energetic, articulate, and neat in appearance.



Diploma/Certificate in Basic Child Care.



Candidates without experience are welcome



Service-oriented, enthusiastic, and creative with a sense of humor.
