Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Candidates with teaching and looking after children experience

will be preferred and must possess a valid class 3 driving license with a good driving record, preferably own a car;

• Handling and organizing the Directors\xe2\x80\x99 and family\xe2\x80\x99s

appointments and private and confidential materials;

• Provide confidential support and act as the first point of

contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls;

• Coordinating and arranging travel-related activities including

visas, hotel booking, transportation, and meal coordination;

• Planning and organizing family and private events;

• Assist in food ordering for family members, and coordinate

guests\xe2\x80\x99 visits and events;

• To facilitate family events/parties outside work hours if

required;

• Provide chauffeuring service to family members. Fetching kids

for schooling and tuition, ensuring their safety, and running of errands when required;

• Managing and Handling children\xe2\x80\x99s school schedules (tutor\xe2\x80\x99s

schedules, engaging tutors, extra curriculum) and monitoring their progress/development, and daily activities at school and at home including patting children to sleep during nap time, and showering the children, changing diapers when required;

• Participate in family activities including helpers\xe2\x80\x99 management,

and children\xe2\x80\x99s activities, when required; . Accompanying Directors and family for business or vacation trips when necessary; . Organizing and overseeing the maintenance of the residence i.e. all household, procurement, and inventory (i.e. regular pest control, A/C maintenance, etc) . Liaise with the household\xe2\x80\x99s domestic helpers on matters pertaining to household equipment, maintenance, and household necessities. Contact/liaise with contractors for defects and maintenance within the household; . Availability to handle and arrange last-minute updates and changes to the family\xe2\x80\x99s schedule; . Able to work on weekends and/or PH. . Family has a pet (dog) at home, the candidate should not be afraid of dogs . Other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Qualifications:

• Min 2-3 years of experience

• Passionate about taking care of and assisting in the daily living

duties of young ones.

• A candidate who is caring, encouraging, and patient.

• Responsible and stay alert to look out for the children\xe2\x80\x99s safety.

• Prior experience looking after children or assistant teacher is

preferred.
