As a F&B Executive, you will be the person to go to during your shift operations. You will assist in the daily operations of the in room dining and handle guest enquiries to ensure guest satisfaction. Reporting to the Outlet Manager, you are able to guide, support and train your team members. You have high sense of responsibility and will ensure food orders get delivered as per guests expectations. You are warm and friendly and able to connect with guests and team members readily. Ideally, you have at least a Diploma qualification and have strong passion to accelerate your career in the F&B Industry. You have at least 1 year of experience working in the F&B Service Industry.
