Job Description

Main Responsibilities Includes - Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner, ascertains their dining/lodging needs. Seat guests and manage the seating chart and monitors restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow. Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner. Perform opening and closing duties, as needed. Take bookings for the Restaurant, via telephone, fax, emails and deal promptly with all inquiries relating to the Restaurant, turning enquiries into booking and handling guest's orders. Keep up to date and accurate all enquiries relating bookings and put them in the systems and follow up any guest's requirements and pass it on to the right person. Liaise with the restaurant management regarding special offers and ensure the offers are advertise accordingly on system and website. Utilise the systems to its full potential, maximise bookings, create a database of all regular patrons of the restaurant, building a detailed record of guest.
