• Prepare mise-en-plus as per work station assigned prior to start of each meal period
• Answer telephone call in accordance with departmental standards
• Prepare welcome amenities list and billing
• Take food and beverage orders in accordance with LQA standards
• Handling all cashiering duties in accordance with hotelaEUR(TM)s policy
• Assist room guestaEUR(TM)s enquiries/requests and communicate the message/information to relevant department
• Accuracy in taking orders before passing to service team
• Maintain cleanliness and work safety in food preparation and service areas
• Perform or assist in the service duties whenever is required
• Perform opening shift and closing shift duties as assigned
• Take part in daily line-ups and participate in training activities to improve knowledge & skillsRequirements:
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Can work as part of a team
